Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. And Girlie Planet does not charge customers any amount for raised returns or replacements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A pick-up attempt will be made twice for return. In case the delivery partner/courier company is unable to pick up the return order, you will need to send it to the company address: F-429, Wotta Workspace, Industrial Area. PHASE-8B, SAS Nagar, , Punjab, 160059
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for briefs, panties, shapewear panties, or an opened box of a multi-piece set that includes panties.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping charges
Though we do not charge any shipping charges for orders, in case you have paid any shipping charges, they will not be refunded.
Refunds
There are two ways to get refunded for your returned products.
- Prepaid order - The amount will be refunded back to the original payment method used to place the order. It may take up to 7 days to process in your original payment method.
- Cash on delivery - orders would be refunded back in the form of a COUPON CODE with the same amount, which would be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance of the COUPON CODE. The COUPON will be provided over the registered e-mail id or contact number within 5 working days from the day of return pick-up.
